Portal up, sorta. Few more enhancements to add.

Almost 3 years later, with COVID-19 around, my server host decided to give me four months before they throw PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.0 out the door, to update the forum.

Voila.

Still got some things to restore like the gallery and the portal page, but at least it'll still keep on trucking!!!
