Halt on Recruitment

I'm putting a halt on any recruitment for the time being. We have quite a few new faces and some that new to Dynamis.

As always, I want us to strive for effciency. With the new faces, the basics must be learned. Although we had 40 attendees Friday, it was one of the worser raids we've had in a while.

With that said, I'm holding off recruitment of any more members until I feel we've shape up and play like an experience group.
