I heard that Military service in Singapore allows weekend off station and can go home. Isn't that right Mess? Or the first few months you have to go to Taiwan or some other countries for intensive combat training?

yes weekend off if i don't do anything dumb inside that will get myself confined for the weekend, and public holidays off too. not too sure what will be happening inside, its everybody's first time lol

oh and by the way the camp is SOOOOOOOOOOOO far from my house, its two ends of singapore

lol SIngapore is only 50 squared kms right so even far from one end to another also just 50 kms ^^

Anyway Military life is tough but you can enjoy it at least under your country system.
