IF and HH are not the same people anymore. Maybe 50-65% of IF are HH, but lately HH is holding more newer FS people.

Yeah there's a lot of different folks that attend both raids.
Plus I like having the different play styles of the 2 shells in Dynamis. =p

Yea there are about 20 IF ppl who are not in HH, and probably 10-15 HH who are not in IF. A lot of the IF ppl that are not in HH are mostly FS, that is because FS holds their LS raids on Saturday's.

Not to mention there are a lot of rules that are not the same per each group. Such as Arthar's first dibs on Dyna-Lord drops wouldn't count in HH fight. 
Not like you need a super amount of inventory durring dynamis unless you're an item collector. Otherwise you may if you're lucky get 1 byne bill and that's about the short of it.
