Alderan to take Madi's place.

Due to the leave of Madi, I've added Alderan (RDM) to the group. His lot will be SMN with the exception of the area that does not drop SMN, there his lot will be RDM.

correction kira , lotting SMN in everything except for jeuno and sandy , lotting RDM in jeuno and sandy
