Cleaning up Roster

The average attendance has gone up since the addition of new members, but it's still no where near 50+. Currently the average attendance is around 44/64 with the roster full at 64. Each week we have approximately 10 players who give notice of absence. What about the other 10?
Anyways, from here on in, I will be removing players with excessive unexcused absences without notice. If you are leveling during a raid, I'll just assuming you are no long interested in HH. People with extended leave, I will save your info in case you do decide to come back in the future, so don't worry.
There are several people whom are interested in joining HH as their Friday Raid LS. Being respectful, I tell them that the rosters are full at 64. But with attendance averaging -20 from full, it is obvious HH is not full even tho the paper looks like it.
This is basically a reminder for everyone to post if they cannot attend raids. It is very much a hassle for me to form party arrangements and have main jobs missing in pt setups at raid time.
