iMoogle - An FFXI/FFXIV LS (2003 - 2014)

Hi guys:
HH is a my home dyn. ls.. its OUR ls and we went through so much togather since its begining. I still remember the time we lost our first raid in Bastok to now we can farm the zone twice over with ease.. i love this ls and i love the people who i spend the friday night with.

so cut to the chase.

i am not very happy about the attendence lately.. i dont think any of you guys who have attended the raid diligently are happy about the turn out of the raid lately

maybe art is right that people went on "taking a break" mode after we beat the DL (twice with some of us in old FF)

i want HH to remain one of the elite dyn ls on this server. so i need your advices because, after all, its our dyn. ls.

One think I can think of at this moment is i want to make an amendment to the merit points system.

unexceused absense: -1 points
execused absense: 0 points
attendence: 1 point

How do you guys think? Maybe I will bring this up in our next gathering.

Also, HH is looking for new blood. all jobs are welcome but the one job we need the most is PLD.

I'm definately for this. I'm sick of people not posting and not showing up. It's not fair for people who want to join HH and it's definately not fair for us who sacrifice our lives every Friday in Dynamis.

tis is really essential after a LS bean dynamis

this not only happens here

it happen in every LS that has beaten DL, i have some JP friends and their LS suffer same fate

people just quit dynamis or take a break because they "completed" Dynamis

and yes this is unfair for people still come to farm for AF, relics and wanna kill DL over and over

but it just happen and like a human life cycle

i dont blame anyone for not coming after DL but we need cooperation, if not, we need new people and ur place may be replaced.......

Practically it is for better party formation. A responsible player will not get the credit deducted.

Maybe another possible solution to the low turnouts is to switch to a new zone since we're getting that low of numbers.

I like the idea too - and want to apologize for not being around last week w/o telling anybody. I was invited to a kinda unexpected weekend trip and just forgot about dynamis :/ But from now on i'll be around again everytime
