If you find anyone who is afk unannounced for more than 10 min. Please D2 him/her.
If your AFKness leads to a lost AF2. Your attendence will be a -1 for that raid.
Any objections?

This rule is most important at the end of a dyn run cus I will admit I felt Lazy's pain when thf relic was lost cus one person was afk and didnt pass and time ran out. Unfortunate for real, and thats not sarcasm.
As for a soultion for the chance of not having a blm in the pty, I would say if you are going afk then you should have to put your hourglass up in your bazar for 1gil. When you come back you can remove it at that point, but that would allow you to be removed by anyone if you have been gone for too long and put someone's relic in danger. Just a suggestion, not even sure the system wil allow you to put your glass up for sale inside a dyn but hey Im just giving options and not gripes.
(althou this choice would take a bit of the happy go lucky feel from the dyn ls and it would be kinda sad to implement this fail safe but I was just giving another option nothing more)
