100 Loot Range Expansion?

I am thinking about widening the range of the rolling 100 bills in all zone. Currently there are some players who are solely on 100's and at the rate of 100 drops, it is nearly impossible to win anything for a long while.
Here's my solution(s):
1. Widen the range of rolling 100s. This just means I will increase the range at which the a 100 can be rolled. Currently I am using a standard devation formulat to determin the minmum to lot. I will just add a factor onto the devation value making the minimum lower.
2. Make a "constant" minimum to roll 100s. (ie) a person must have say "6" credits in that zone to roll 100 when it drops. Upon winning credits for that zone are reset to 0. Can roll again when they get 6.
Both of these cases, mean those who've waited a long time evidently get screwed. But.. this means if you win, you don't need to wait 5 years for your turn to lot 100. You get to lot sooner as long as you continue to attend raids.
Let me know what you think and your opinions.

I think 6 is a bit low, especially since I've got 25+ in some zones for 100 coin lol
EDIT: Broadening the range doesn't change how many 100 coins drop, just makes it so more people can lot, in which case, I don't understand. We'll still see the lists grow to 40+ points.
Changing the point spread on this is going to do two things:
1) Piss off everyone who has tons of points
and
2) Piss off everyone who earns a bunch of points with the new system and still continues to lose lots against people who have just gotten on the list.
All it does is make it feel like 100 coins are free lot to anyone which doesn't sound cool at all.

I like # 2, and auspice talks a lot.

i think its a bad idea ... give those people who has a ton of points to lose lot to someone who has little points

I don't think 100s should be treated any different than AF2 items.

I also agree with Kow and Pinky. Expanding wont give better access to the 100 drops, it will just screw over the people with 20+, 30+, 40+, etc. The only thing that would give people more access to 100's is for SE to increase the drop rate.

I agree with Aus, PF, and others--I don't think 100 currency should be treated differently than AF2s. The problem is the drop rate. Plus, expanding the range would be unfair to those who accumulated a lot of points.

I agree with the other post expanding the range is a bad idea. Auspice lined out why it's bad pretty clearly.
IF your looking to cut down on the number of people in the 100's catagory maybe offer an option to switch out of the 100's and move points into AF that you want. Make it like a once per XXmonths thing, and you can only switch out of 100's, not into 100's.
Here's the problem I have now. When I started dynamis I only had 1 job to collect AF2 for. After many months I have leveled up another job that I can collect AF2 for. But since I already obtain AF in the starter cities I put my lot to 100's. I'm not gonna change out of 100's since I don't want to waste all those points.

I definately don't like the idea of using points put in 100 to other AF2s.
Look at how long Kira and I have been saving points for RDM AF2 hat, no way in hell would it be fair or cool or right for someone to move their 100 coin points in Xarca and cut in front of us for the Chapeau.

we should expand Xarc RDM AF2 hat to 1 to Auspice's no. so i can roll them too ^^

There's no way someone is gonna cut infront of you if you got a total that high. By the numbers xarc is the place to be lotting 100's. Plus if someone's in the running to be lotting 100's in a zone if they do drop, do you really think they'll change? The problem is after you get your AF for your jobs what is there to lot? You either get to pick another job or 100's, with about a 4 week grace period. There's no where else to put points, that's why we end up with 40-45% of the members in the 100's column.
SE came out and said they wanted to keep relics rare. So unless they magically decide to have alot of drops then the list will only grow longer and the numbers larger.

It would also not be fair to the people that just started to accumulate points for the particular AF2 that you want to switch to.

Main reason why I brought this up is because it's the first time I've seen a situation where someone wanted all 100's an no AF's.
BTW I love all your guys' comments. I'm not going to make any changes to rules unless we all can agree on something.
Any suggestions that could work on this matter?

Kumixo, that's what I've been doing. I currently have 100 coin in every zone and RDM in Xarca until I get it then that'll be 100 coin too. That's how it'll stay until I quit the game.
I know 100 coins are rare and it's going to take forever to get them but that's just the way Dynamis works.
I really don't think the system needs work. Our numbers are pretty good for raids and I haven't heard a single new person complain about the point system and if they did, should they really be here?

Well I think we'll see more and more people move to lotting 100's in every zone. Since HH is a real good LS

there's lots of AF to go around. The only suggestion I'd have is to write SE e-mails asking for an increase in 100's drop rate. The system doesn't seem broken to me, I just wish the 100's did drop more often.
