Fragment "Farming"

For those that are looking to obtain their fragment for upgrades, this post will concern you.

- All fragment runs need to be scheduled prior to the date of the Xarc run.

- The player for whom we are making an attempt to obtain the fragment for must provide the Icarus Wings for melees. It is your fragment after all, and your duty to provide the necessary means to win. (I'd say a minimum of 12)

- Winning the animated <blah> is not guranteed. Nothing ever is.

- Not every Xarc will be a fragment run. I would like us to target Dynamis Lord as well for those who don't have the title yet
