I really wasn't comfortable with random people showing up 3 minutes prior to raid. I think we should put in a rule that states you need to contact an officer or Kira at least 30min - 1 hour prior to the raid. Perhaps lengthen the time to a day or more. We already have a schedule up way in advance, so there is no reason for people to ask to come 5 mins before the raid.

You would still need a referral from a current HH member as well. And if someone wants to bring a friend, that needs to be ok'd by an officer or Kira as well.


Example:

HHMember1 is referring Person1. Person1 wants to bring along PersonA and PersonB. PersonA and PersonB need to be ok'd by Kira or an officer in order for them to come.

IMO, one day notice to officer is a must
may be direct notice, like a tell from the actual person who is coming, in game PM or w/e

the friends-> friends->friends coming stuff is.....

and if possible, letting others members know will be nice
Example: posting on fourm(assume they know the site from friends)
