Comment 1: Please pay attention to some of the /p chats going on. Especially the ones regarding assisting your main tank.
Comment 2: Mage's who are raising, please put in linkshell chat Raise [Insert name here] or whatever way you want to present that. Helps other mages know who has a raise and who doesn't.
Comment 3: Good buffers ^^; I am one to talk since my buffer wasn't big, but lets try to get good buffers so when/if need to raise we don't have ppl saying they can't eat R1 or R2. >< R3 is nice but we also need to consider how many ppl are down and how much time we have and the downtime due to weakness.
Comment 4: Remember to make sure you can make it for the run. >< Check to make sure you're rank 6+, you got cutscene in Xarcabard, and you checked the Trailmarkings. It sucks to have to have seen dark say he can't go last night.
Comment 5: Keep an eye out on what is said on LS chat. [I hope no one has to be reminded this, I just put this incase]
Comment 6: Please come perferably 30 minutes before the start time said on sign up page. We also seem to have to wait, and if we can get here early and get the PTs together early, we can have time to discuss some stuff.

first one to comment! woot!
I think we did a pretty good job for doing the first time together and a lot of first timers (i assume, i may be wrong about a lot of first timers)
First off i would like to comment about the route:
The two raids that i went with that decided to skip the stable and went behind the ah alley both went pretty bad. We just end up losing the time extend mobs and add like crazy ....and by the time we revived there were basicly no time left. I'm never in the front in the blm pt or pullin pt so i dunno the pullin situation in the stable. But i went on raids that has pulled them so I know it can be done. And I belive its a better route.
Secondly the tank and /assist situation:
When delcattivo went down (main tank in my alliance) we were pretty confuse for a moment. Meph did immediately told uzu to be main tank and that was good. But none of us had /assist <uzumaki> rdy and its just hard to see which mobs he is attacking with so many mobs and people around. Mess also did a good job directing which mob to attack next in ls chat. But if we had a secondary tank and /assist <secondarytank> macro prepare that transtition would had went much smoother and as far as I saw we had enough tanks around to have secondary tanks in both alliance.
whm in that situation also have to be a little faster in raising the down tank so he be rdy as soon as possible. Should raise him right alway instead of waiting when all mobs are dead. A whm not in the current tank pt should know to raise the down people if only 1 or 2 people are down and situation in the fights allow them the time to raise without risking other deaths in alliance.
The 2 assault allaince needs to be disginated and seperate a little more. I assume i was alliance 2 because we were in the back, but maybe some people didnt' know that and went to the front with allaince 1. alliance members should always stand behind their main tank. Therefore the main tank needs to know how far apart they should seprerate themselves from the alliance. So befor a pull the 2 tanks in their respective alliance should be in their position apart from each other and all other people in their allaince should stand there. And when the tank maybe go a little ahead of
the allaince to pull back a mob, the alliance needs to know not to follow the tank and stay at their respective allliance area.
The primary tanks i think needs to be faster in pullin the mobs back to their alliance also. But i guess this will come with a little more experience.
LS chat and mob regonition:
LS chat should have one raid leader in directing on which mobs to take like mess did in that one instance. Normal mobs is not necessary to have raid leader directing, just when NM is pulled or maybe a avator is around.
And also to warn people when like a mnk mob is pulled...so people know to gravity, stun, kite them when necessary. Also good to let people know for a ninja mob so whm will barfire for its 2hr. things like that so the alliance know what to prepare for what mob. Also can direct where allaince 1 and 2 should be and when to move up and such.
Sorry for the big post. I think we did pretty good and most of the stuff I've mention prolly will come with more experience and such.

Hahahaha loser I'm 1st post!!!
Yea regarding the dead ppl, if WHM have no mp to raise well yea. When I lost Ezekiel, Philipp and Yukasan, I lost most of my mp b/c I didn't get to rest since I was up curing then tried to sit down but was hit with AoE or had to get up and cure again. So I think maybe if ppl are down type it out in LS chat so other mages can see.

Aside from the two massive trains, we did very well for the first time.
One comment, main tank voke only. Backup tanks vokes only when main one is down. All melee in alliance assist your main tanks.
People were doing great at the start ^^

I think Alliance leaders should report alliance status after NM pulled or a train like how many down, how many weakened and if ready to go on or need rest.
Also Alliance leader should be the one who gives some iron orders to their alliance like : ASSIST "MAIN TANK" NOW
MAIN TANK DOWN ASSIST "BACKUP TANK" NOW.
Alliance leaders should have those lines macroed
This will prvent confusion of ppl and help us to clear faster.

I think pulling is everything in dynamis, other parts are quite good for us on that day. Just watch when to use Sleepga.
Fighting within each alliance, i don't know if its good, but i think as long as you are fighting any mob it's good hehe. I personally feel taking down any mobs faster is better than splitting up and fight though.

I partially agree Mess. It is good to have both teams fighting but it must be away from each other. The reason is AoE. Most mobs in dynamis do AoE and if it is hitting both alliances then thats more curing, more mp, more chance of death, so it makes sense to stay apart.
I know in dynamis jueno the hardest part is the maat area when all the alliances are clustered and the aoe is so great that it hits almost all 64 people at a time. This is where most people die

Each Alliance fighting one mob is more efficent mainly because one statue can pop 2-4 mobs depending on type of mob. Only time when every fights same mob is when taking down an NM, since those tend to be stronger. Sleep the NM and fight last, take care of normal mob first.

each alliance should take its own mob.
like kira said, the puller never comes back with only 1 mob. this past raid, it happened one time - both alliances attacked the same mob, leaving 3 quadavs free to run around and slap the blms. this should never happen.
