if everyone can do this format correctly. I won't have to edit 80% of the signups.

This may sound cruel but you should stop signing people up if they don't put their stuff in the proper format or don't follow the rules. It's written in several places if people would take the time and read the damn posts they wouldn't do things all goofy. I can't even begin to imagine how frustrating it has to be to have to reformat half the signup list every week.

If i do that 95% of the ppl cannot not go. LOL

I just really wish everyone would be there on time.

Pockie and others go through the trouble to make PTs the day before, and for some reason people decide to arrive late, delaying everyone who shows up on time.

The format is put there for a reason, mainly to make the organizers job 1000x easier especially when they are copied over to excel sheets for sorting... Extraneous characters and other things make our jobs of sorting things take a lot longer than it should.

Keep it simple:

Also, I notice many people signing up the last minute and I mean _last minute_. Please don't expect to get a spot on a last minute signup just because you are missing key item, etc... The signup posts are put up Sunday nights/Monday mornings. You have all week to signup. Signing up on a Friday morning _after_ lineups are made only mean that you are going to the waiting list. Unless you are lucky where a certain job is needed for the raid will you have a slightly higher chance of going to the raid that night, but other than that don't expect to be added.

Also, those that sign up and placed on waiting list, if you are not coming, you still need to tell the officers. Just because you are on the waiting list does not mean an unannounced abscence is acceptable. Last week 71 people signed up and only 60 were present. We were looking for people present from the waiting list, but none were around.

We try to keep things fair, but players must be responsible of themselves too.

I'm 9k to level 70 and I'm hoping to make at least 13k tomorrow since I'm free all day. Hopefully I'll be 70 for Dy-Maat tomorrow! *crosses fingers*
