Ok, this is the conversation I had with a POL rep, after waiting on the webcaht for 3hrs. And getting no answer after being on hold for 1hr27 on the phone to US POL. Not mentioning, all the other times I have tried to called, but all I could ever get was busy signals.

So this is how they still treat their costumer, this guy was talking to me as I was a criminal. he didn't even want to help. And he cut me off before I was finished. I can't remember but this may have been the same guy who cut me off once already when in a webchat. I don't even know if he was like talking to anyone else since I have to wait long time for his reply. But this is just really ridiculous. I couldn't even get the chance to ask about sai's account. What is this sh!t. I thought their policy was changed?

Any suggestions in which you guys think I can do? because.. i am really lost......

Don't use chat shits. None of them care. Must be by phone and a higher level representative.

Chat service reps only sit at the desk and read what they see. They don't have any authority and are 90% always the lowest in the chain. No, they will not get a supervisor because they don't care.

I think you should call on phone instead as well. Stay polite but insistent; ask to speak with supervisor whenever you hit a dead end. Insists on getting date-time for the alleged RMT activity, and insist on the representative looking up when the account info was altered, and from where, to get collaboration for your story.

Ask for the investigation to be reopened, with emphasis on the timing of events.

I wonder if a "GM campaign" can help; all of us call up GMs on the same night, and ask the GMs for a favor to look into Siubee's case. "Please let someone in charge know we want Siubee back!"

Maybe they can pass the story to a SGM or even LGM or someone even higher up.

If a user's account is accessed by an unauthorized third party, its characters may be used for actions violating the user agreement without the user's knowledge. In particular, many cases of characters on stolen accounts being used for hunter activities or being sold on RMT sites have been confirmed by the Special Task Force's investigations.
If your account has been engaged in illegal actions, it will be banned by a GM, but once it has been confirmed that your account had been illegally accessed, the record of the banning (the disciplinary measures history) will be erased.

(Yes, still have to go through POL Info Center; hopefully S-E's recent announcement means its POL staff members have received additional training on how to handle compromised accounts used by RMT.)

hey Itazura^^ thx for your post. sai and i will try to call POL sometimes within the next few weeks hopefully, been kinda crazy mad after we just graduated with our real life stuff, but things are gradually settling down now.

but maybe hopefully from your post, something good may happen in relations to our accounts, if not mine, i really hope at least sai can get moresai back, because there is still the hope that he may come back to the game, but if not... well we will see after we called
