Mysterytour says the quest is called Beyond the Sun and you get it from Maat, I talked to Maat last nite, no quest given. So there must be something else to do to get the hat.

If someone bother to kill Vrtra for it that will probably be well over 10 million for a while. My point is that for most JSE body pieces it's actualy harder than abjuration to obtain the ingredients. The only advantage is that we can buy them if you're rich(well most of them).
