iMoogle - An FFXI/FFXIV LS (2003 - 2014)

hello, I was wondering what the requirements were to join csb. i'm not looking to join (right now anyway =P) because im in a good hnm ls.. but im curious. as far as i can tell, csb is a good ls and i wanted to know how you got new members. just a simple question, not begging for a pearl. (yet)

also, do you need to speak chinese and/or japanese?

all I know is you dont need to speak Jp's or Chinese cuz CSB is with American and Europe people as well....
