They really dont explain how to get the stuff just tell you its a prize, i got my brother in law on ffxi a while back ago with a gold world pass so its setup like so:
Get gold world pass (1 use, 1000g)
Party toghether with the person you invited and talk to world pass giver, goto "Benefits of gold world pass"
Wait 10 or so IRL days and go back as a party with them and your invitee gets choco tickets.
wait 45 days from invite and go back as party with them and your invitee will get the Sprout Beret and you will get the Guide Beret.
