Double attack

If you merit capped double attack as war
will it help if you are a NIN/WAR? Or it will only help you if you are a WAR main.

I am told it's war only and for all job specific merit upgrade.

yeah, the job specific merits only work on that job... If it were the other way around a rdm with full whm merits would ooooown

Job specific merits only work while you're level 75 on the job the merits are for so that's why they don't work in level capped areas.

Speaking of Subtle Blow, the max (I think) merit for NIN's SB is +10?

How much of an effect does +1 SB. I'm considering maybe upping SB to maybe say 6 (due to diminishing returns etc), and put the other 4 into elemental tools.

If Subtle Blow works like Store Tp, then +10 means each hit will give 1tp less.
