I've been testing Kikoku, it's damage, and 3x dmg proc rates and etc. Take a look if you're interested. This is mostly used to compare to the stats found on jp websites. So far they've been pretty accurate.
3x dmg proc rate: ~5%
Max Damage: ~127
Max Crit Dmg: ~162
Paralysis Proc Rate: didn't test this on weak mobs since they just 'die', but from merit-ing, I'd say about 30-40%
