and mention about haste cap from gears...this applies to all jobs? or just NIN???

Equip Haste Cap: 25%
Magic Haste Cap: 43.3% (Haste + BRD SP 2 Haste songs)
Desperate Blows: 15% (DRK Lv2 Merits capped)
Hasso: 10% (/SAM or SAM)
93.3% is max (gear + magic + spells + abi)

Theres no haste cap for hands in trousers.
