Here's a map to end ur misery if u need to climb up there to do the ENM or CoP quest.

Red line is: Fixed spout

Green line is: Wait for spout to disappear

Down arrow is: jump down

Grey line is: Dead end

____ line is: bone path

I retouched the map that pocks linked. gave it more detail and made it easier to read.
