A correction to the Clothcraft recipes, the Noct series, and Seer series both require subskills in Leathercraft.
Now, for speculation, the skill to make the Noct and Seer series is the same I believe. Both require Clothcraft at somewhere around the mid to upper 30s, and the Leathercraft subskill caps somewhere around 18 I think. I've tried making Seer stuff at Clothcraft level 48 and Leathercraft 7 and have critical faulures (70%+ Item loss).
