As requested, these are the filters I'm currently using since SE likes to make em gay:
Say: Off
Shout: Off
Tell: Hold
Party: Hold
Linkshell: Hold
Emotes: Off
I like to see my own attacks. If you like to temporarily turn off damage and not want to turn on each damage filter, just have damage show up on screen and not in the console.
Special Actions You Initiate: Off
Effects of Special Actions on You: Off
Your Attacks: Off
Your Missed Attacks: Off
Attacks you Evade: Off (See Utsusemi Shadows Lost)
Damage Your Take: Off
I also like to see how my party is doing. Sometimes I forget to dispel in a fight and see alot of ミス(miss)
Special Actions Initiated by Party: Off
Effects of Special Actions on Party: Off
Party's Attacks: Off
Party's Missed Attacks: Off
Attacks Evaded by Party: Off (See Utususemi Shadows Lost)
Damage Team by Party: Off
I turned on most of the filters here. I only turn on Special Actions so I know what allies are casting/doing. Everything else is filtered out.
Special Actions Initiated by Allies: Off
Effects of Special Actions on Allies: On
Allies Attacks: On
Allies Missed Attacks: On
Damage Taken By Allies: Off
Again, most of the filters are off here except for the first two. Special Actions will show any spells, WS,etc that the mob or your pet does. Effects of Special Actions is just for me to see what buffs some mobs do.
Special Actions Initiated by NPCs: Off (To see mob magic casts)
Effects of Special Actions on NPCs: Off
NPCs Attacks: On
NPC Missed Attacks: On
Attacks Evaded by NPCs: On
Damage Taken by NPCs: On
So I'm curious of what people outside the alliance/party does... You ca turn on the Special Actions of Others filter if you want less spam.
Special Actions Initiated by Others: Off
Effects of Special Actions On Others: On
Other's Attacks: On
Other's Missed Attacks: On
Everything below is my preference ~.^
Other's PC Synthesis Results: Off
Lot Results: Off
System LV1: Off
System LV2: Off
System LV3: Off
Edit: Added detail notes.
