Bad Lag or Rubber banding?

for you HK guys or just anyone in general who has lag issues and rubberbanding
these are the 3 well known ones that people use to help with the lag spikes and high ass pings

I use pingzapper, it works and its the cheapest out of the 3, without it I get rubberbanding like crazy. No way I could do Extreme modes or shit where I have to dodge a lot. I shouldn;t need it but Fios sucks they do this to me
