Hey guys here is a quick FAQ on the voice chat server and how it works and all that.
1.) Goto http://www.ventrilo.com/download.php and download the client app for your opperating system.
2.) Follow the instructions to install the client app.
3.) Once you install it type in your user name, servername(you can name this part whatever you want).
4.) Next to the "Server" spot you will see an arrow button, click this, it will take you to the "Connection Editor" screen.
5.) Here enter in these three things:
Hostname or IP - fury.typefrag.com
Port Number - 9310
Password - Ifrit
6.) Hit Ok then hit Connect.
7.) Now you are in the server. In order to talk you need to setup a few things first.
8.)Hit the "Settings" button, in the "Voice" tab there will be 5 check boxes on the top left. Make sure all these boxes are checked(except the "Discard Hotkey" box, this should be blacked out)
9.) Finally click on the box that's labeled "Hotkey" here select the button you want to click and hold to talk. For example I use F12.
10.) Lastly you may want to mess with the inbound/outbound settings based on how loud others sound to you and how loud you sound to them.
Bindings
1.) Click the arrow button next to "Bindings" at the top.
2.)Under "Bind Name" select New and type a name.
3.)Under "Functions" hit the scroll down menu and select text-to-voice
4.)Under "Text-to-Speech" type in what you want it to say.
5.)Under "Bind Key" select which key you want to activate it like F10 or something.
6.) Then select add!
