Chainspell/Stun + invincible order

Keep checking this, I will have it up for tomorrow. This time, if we have enough RDM/DRKs, we will be going with simultaneous Chainspell/Stun + Invincible to keep DL from moving at all.

RDM > PLD > RDM > PLD > ....

SP order should do good

sounds good too ^Q^ so rdm dont get hate and die + dynamis lord running to rdm and BLM cant nuke :O

and also seriously people should bring 1x Icarus wing along

opo pop + sleep potion if u want but i think the battle will end in 3 mins max and it doesnt matter

Well the Dynamis Lord does use sleepega so if you're dumb enuff to forget to use a poison pot at least make good use of it with a opo-opo necklace haha

You guys want bard in melee pt or rdm not subbed drk to use a spirit within too?

yea since i think we will have enough RDM/DRKs and PLDs I wanna go with the RDM+PLD > RDM + PLD order. This will insure that we keep DL in one spot(hpefully not doing anything).

All melee(except PLD and NIN) need to SJ SAM,RNG, or NIN. Those subbing RNG will stand with the mages. Those NOT subbing SAM really NEED sleep pots + icarus wings + opo opo necklace, no one said killing DL would be cheap^^ All melee(even SAM) should have icarus wings, sleep pots and opo opo necklace, because there will be NO melee on DL unless it is a TP move, thats it. Even the PLDs who are tanking will just sit there and take the beating like a good boy.

Also EVERYONE(WHMs included) need to have some type of RR enchantment item. The earring and gorget are both good choices. If everyone brings all their items and the order is executed properly we will be the first non-JP LS to kill DL tomorrow!

Due to real life complications and my complete and utter contempt for XI, I still haven't leveled DRK to 37.

I'm going to keep attending the weekly raids but I doubt I'll be on XI much anymore. I still want to level DRK at the very least for the weekly raids but I honestly don't know if I want to put myself through the drudgery.

Ok here is the combo order, pls make note and make appropriate macros

Kory will pull the mob and once it is in position and BLMs get off 1 nuke we will begin the order.

Yukasan + Kory >> Gades + Philipp >> Theend + Dman >> Redwing + Ahkow

Since we only have 4 PLDs this buys us 2 minutes of DL being stuck in one spot doing nothing. Unfortunately I don't think we can kill him in 2 minutes I think we will need 3-4 minutes at least our first time. But I think with RR items and full concentration we can still do this.

After the combo order is complete the RDMs that are left with Chainspell/Stun (im not sure if Yevna and Elyndra even have /DRK yet) but if you do use it after the combo.

I still think with full out power (and 64 ppl) we can do this. Anyone that can yield a sword(BRDs and RDMs included ,except Yukasan) please bring one. Also that means bring icarus wings, sleep pots(otehr melee) and opo opo crown. If we are going to do this lets not cut any corners!

Also need to consider BLM MP amount during the mass nuclear destruction of DL. Need to conserve at least 300MP for a -ga3 on the DL-Copies.

You think the Chainspell stun will stop him from splitting into his four forms? Thats what I'm most worried about ... ;x
