The way that the following items are acquired has been changed: Archer Ring, Leaping Boots, Emperor Hairpin, Peacock Charm In addition, players may receive an EX/Rare or EX item with the same attributes from the monsters who previously dropped each of the above items.
Some of the treasure items earned from notorious monsters in the Boyahda Tree have been changed.
What i think the update means is the way to get the charm is different, but the mob that used to drop the charm will drop a rare/ex item with the same stats.
I don't understand what they mean at all... My eyes aren't active enough to fully understand... and my engrish has gone down the drain! WHEEEEE!! Hopefully after get back to game it will reclarify~~ The boya tree change makes me think Aquarius change drops... lol
maybe SE wants to see how it turns out before Speed belt goes the same way...i hope things turn out better and not like astral rings.....somehow they made it easier for everyone to get through BCNM and astrals become 8 times the price it was used to be -_-; (i sold my astral when my RDM lvl 40 for 180k only )

same thing im thinking.. charm will be rare/ex and the NM that used to drop it will drop some bogus item like four wind crystal
