1) CSB is NOT HNM ls
2) CSB does not whore sky or sea
3) CSB is SOCIALS ls made of friendly people who like to chat and help each other out on missions, exp togather, and generally having fun.
4) CSB does have a weekly sky event but its not mandatory. Its merit based.

Yes, requirement is Lv70+ job. Better chances for acceptance is multiple Lv75 jobs
