[Important Update Details]
Following issues have been addressed:
- Recast timer did not display correctly for all job abilities available within Scholar's Stratagems ability when using the /recast command.
- When the aspect ratio was set to 16:9 using PlayStation(R)2 version and this was saved on the server, screen shots could not be saved properly when loaded on Windows version or Xbox 360 version.

yea /recast alarcity or w/e its called was always 4min timer.
