09.22.08 - Dy-Valkurm (Job Lineup and Notes)

Items:
Reraise - use as soon as you enter (equip before entry)
Food - Acc/Attack food (bring both - use based on your accuracy)
Other - Echo drops, Poison Pots, whatever is necessary for your job w/o depending on a mage's help
Notes:
Pre-entry:
- Do not make extra hourglasses
- Equip RR pins
- Do not buff (they will wear upon entry)
Entry:
- Buffs wear on entry
- Use RR as soon as you enter
- WHM RR when you enter
- Reuse RR as soon as SJ are unlocked
- Buff wear upon unlock of SJ
Objectives:
1. 3 Nightmare Flies - Darters (SJ unlock)
- Camp at outpost
- Puller and one voker/flasher will go and pull the flies and bring back to OP
2. Fairy Ring - Southwest @Mercurial Kris NM area (Frog-shroom)
- Tanks backs are to face the water, one tank on each 'leg' (this is important)
- Tanks must keep hate as high as possible
- Make sure shell is up before this point
- Melee backs are to stand west/north of the NM (backs to the west/north) - (this is important incase PLD lose hate)
- Mages are to stand east of the NM
Notes:
- Spore is a conal breath AOE and can one shot
- BLM should help stagger stun to ensure survival (everyone)
3. Nant'ina - Southeast @Lv10 Lizzy camp (Gobbue - MNK)
- Mage need to stay far enough to avoid Paralyze
- One tank can invincible here when the Gobbue Hundred Fists
- DD's spread around the NM to avoid Counters
4. Christelle @Selbina Zone line (Malboro)
- Does not aggro until engaged
- Mages against west wall
- Make sure RR is up
- Tanks/Melee agaist Selbina's south wooden wall
- Facing the south wall, Melee's "engage your weapons but DO NOT HIT THE NM"
- BRDs will SP song, Mages will Haste all DDs
- Upon engaging, Mega will summon 2 pet Malboro's (Sleep these - with Repose (immune to Sleep))
- Zerg NM (If we lose here, run is basically over)
5. Farm Hippogryphs and Manticores
Hippos:
AOE Terror - mages need to stand far enough to avoid this, but close enough to cure
Manticore:
MP down - same as Hippo's AOE terror
Frontal AOEs - standing positions should be similar to Frog-Shroom; tanks front, melees back and ONE side, remaining side for the mages

I'm not sure what possessed me to mule over Antidotes, but they turned out really helpful verses that evil mushroom-frog. Highly recommended it become included as one of the "standard medicine" for this zone. ._.
