Question about monthly fees

When you reactivate deactivated content ids part way through a month, do you have to pay the whole $12.99 + $1 per mule or is it done pro rata?

Never done before but I'd assume that they only charge you the $1 when you reactivate, then the appropriate cost the next month.

3 Mules + 1 main: $15.99 billed @ beginning of month
Reactivate a mule: $1 billed on the spot

New month
----------------------
4 Mules + 1 main: $16.99 billed @ beginning of month

Think you maybe misunderstood. I canceled all my ids at the end of last month, if I were to reactivate them now would I have to pay $15.99 (first character + 3 mules) even though there's only 5 days left in this month or would I pay a reduced amount?

Though I'd guess you'd pay the full amount because 5days is still a month

It's prorated. Happenned to me twice when I changed CC for my mule accounts.

Well the call centre just closed so I can't get through and when I tried to reactive it said it was gonna charge me $15.99 so see you in September. I don't see how 5 days is still a month though, a month is 28/30/31 days of playtime

Did you just change CC while they were active or were the mule accounts deactivated when you changed CC?
