I'm still working out a plan for a clean mega pull. I've played Jeuno at least 6 times and I haven't see a successful pull where the sac-puller dies in a safe location without a train massacre.

Yea I've done the run twice and the mega pull is always tough. One way I've done it before is after clearing the spot by Maat, everyon goes back to the entrance. The puller then pulls the mega, runs by the group at the entrance and then takes a right and dies. Again this results in a messy train too. Just something to think about.

Instead of bringing the train inside, would it be easier to just pull it toward the AH and grab the boss on the way. If the puller doesn't die too far, we could tractor him back from the castle entrance

It's not the problem about pulling a train. It's more of those that get slept and or bound and blasted away from the mage mobs by mega =(

Last time we had all 3 thfs die and a pld before getting the Mega Trained over.

I think we will go with 2 pullers simultaneously this time. One to train the mobs, 2nd to pull the Mega. Trainer trains to AH on the West side, Mega puller from the East end into the palace.

If my assumption is correct, the formation of the mobs is triangular, with the mega in rear base of the triangle by the upper jeuno zone. If this is true, trainer will need to agro the tip mob opposite of the base of the triangle where the mega would be standing.

This is not definite yet, but I'll think about it til Friday. Suggestions are welcomed of course.

I was saying that because last time, when the huge train went in the stair where the alliance was, frame rate dropped so much it was impossible to do anything. I remember seing the mega entering in the castle, after that the train teleported in the stair and finally, we were all lying on the ground except for you running around the castle with your new friend.
It's not a problem if I lag so much, however, if pullers die on us because of the lag, or if the provoker miss the Mega completely, it could become ugly.
If we separete them before entering the castle, it might help the lag a bit.

There was a problem with several people being at the entrance of the palace when asked to stay on the inside. Since it was the first Jeuno for many people, I'm cool with it, but I hope not to see the same thing happen twice ~.^ Also one of the watchers tried to run up the stairs, that's how the mobs got to me after he/she died lol. I had fun kiting 3 Vanguards for 3mins though lol~ While 2 or 3 people from my blm pt warped out like immediately.

i was one of the person that ran upstairs.. sorry i didnt know what to do..so i ran and ran around not knowin what to do

... its a lesson for me sorry

Did the pullers have strider boots? We at ZS have a pair of Strider Boots we got from Simurg that one of your LS RNGs uses. I can ask him if we can borrow it for next Dynamis if you wish. Actually he just turned 65, so maybe he will come on next raid too. Let me know if you would like them to help on pull.
