We will be doing PM Holla next week.

Put your name and job and i'll assign parties accordingly.
Some ppl didn't show up on PM Dem. If you can't make it for any reason, please post here, POL me, AIM or whatever. I had to reassign groups on the fly last time.

What you will need:
All: LV 30 gear , and have ur previous PM memory cleared if you haven't already.

Tank, DD: Hi potions X 6
Your choice of Food X 6
echo drops X 6
Holy water X 6
poison potion X 6

Mages: Hi potions X 6
your choice of Food X 6
Ether X 6
Yagudo Drinks X 6 (Very important)
echo drops x 6

Here is the ideal pty setup:

WAR/NIN main tank
RNG/NIN damage dealer
RNG/NIN damage dealer
RDM/BLM gravity, enfeebler
WHM/BLM healer
SMN/WHM for astral flow and backup healer

Holla BC mob: Wreaker (Seether type)

Absorbs all buffs (food, shell, protect, etc) that makes it stronger.
tip: Tanks and attackers: don't use any buffs! Take poison
potion to counter sleep, holy water for uncurse and hi-potions.

Count me in again as WAR/NIN since I went out and bought all the equipment.

We really need to commit to camping for Recollections. I think we need to go in with 3-4 per party. I for one want to make sure we have the best chance possible so we don't have to repeat ^^

Depending on what else we do for stones/God fights this week we need to take at least one night before Wednesday and hunt for recollections. Since the anima are rare/exec and you can't have more than one of the same type, we can't have only a few people get them cause they can't trade or have enough of them.

I was wrong before I did not get a recollection drop from our DEM event.

But....I just went to Holla as a NIN/WHM and solo farmed (it was easy no problems taking them with almost no down time) the easy mobs at the entrance and in 20-30 min got 1 recollection of fear and 1 of pain (the two most usefull we want). These are rare/exec so I quit there since 1 of each is all you can have anyway.

So my team will have 1 set of anima at least for Holla ^^ I strongly suggest at least 3 more people go and farm so we have at least 2 sets per team for the BCNM.

Don't wait until Wendesday night though. Even after getting the drop you have to go to Jeuno and trade the recollection + 2000g to get the anima. The event will take too long if we have to farm for recollections Wed night and do the PM. So get the recollections early ^^

This was the hardest Promyvion NM for me to beat, simply because I was never able to work out a solid strategy to beat the Boss NM. A few notes though:

Trinary Tap can also absorb negative status effects I "think." Regardless, however, it absorbs three status effects from whomever it attacks. Mages should most likely buff for this fight, as Trinary Tap should never be allowed to hit them as it can one-hit kill mages who've been damaged by other AoE or poison pots. It still may mot be nessecary to buff though. I strongly advise the use of Anima for this fight, this is especially important to buy your Summoner time to use Astral Flow. When I tried to 2hour the mob as a SMN, it always seemed to use AoE sleep to cancel out my Astral Flow attack (it did this twice). The AoE sleep can be absolutely devasting if you do not have Poison pots. Be prepared, be safe, and good luck guys. Tavnazia is not far away.
