anyjob can win maat easy la

just get stoneskin torque and blink torque

it cost about 300k each when i left the game... and it could cast ~30 times each, each time vs maat = 1 cast of both so total of 600k can get 30 people to win 100%

LoL stoneskin and blink torque... That's so newbie-fied... Took me 4 tries to beat maat, each time I modified my strat slightly. Then I broke record twice, beating for myself and another for a friend. (This is for BLM btw). First time I beat it, I was touched, second time, Maat didn't lay a finger on me ^^. This was before the 'Enchantment' Equipment.

BTW the names of the vid files reminds me of the Quake2, Quake3 1-v-1 vids hehe. Brings back memories ^o^.

I beat him on my 3rd try as Elvaan RDM and I also worked hard on improving my strats and timing everytime, almost broke the record but I was just so happy to accomplish something good.
I guess all the Elvaan RDM these days won't have the enjoyment and exciment of beating Maat because of those "handicap items".

i don't know all the details (merit pts, using different job, etc) but i know for sure you can fight him again after you beat him. the only difference is that you will lose exp if you die.

I finally watched that video of the BLM. Nice strat, but he can't beat my time of 1min 3sec wahaha
