Oh and one suggestion I heard, was rather than bring antidotes to cure poison, is just bring poison potions to protect against sleep as well as bosses poison.

Pockie, if people going stands as it is you might want to put Kira down as BLM/WHM instead. We have 2 SMN and 1 RNG. We need 2 big DD per PT so are short 1. We also can get by with 1 RDM or WHM per pt and have 1 WHM and 2 RDM already so we are ok there.
